2007 Planting Season
Pierre Part Elementary (Pierre Part, LA)
planted one-gallon southern bald cypress seedlings at the Patterson State Museum in Patterson. They also planted southern bald cypress seedlings on the Maple Bayou Hunt Club property (St. Mary Parish) on the same day, December 13, 2007. This planting was to help re-establish a black bear habitat on the property.
