LSU Coastal Roots:
Helping Hands

There are many people who have worked to make the students in the
LSU Coastal Roots Program successful. We appreciate their good will.

Nursery Supplies, Inc.
Thanks go to Nursery Supplies, Inc., for don
ating 500 one-gallon pots to our schools. These post will be used to bump up one-year-old seedlings for a second year of growth in our school nurseries! (2007/11/09)

Thanks, Nursery Supplies!

Meet Mr. X.
Mr
X was instrumental in establishing Wetland Watcher Park in St. Charles Parish and was on hand to help direct the planting of cypress trees grown by Harry Hurst Middle students! (2007/10/16)

Thanks, Mr. X!

Meet Mrs. Cecelia Lucas.
Mrs. Lucas is the Harry Hurst Middle School Accountant (St. Charles Parish). She successfully
managed the service-learning grant that brought three new schools in St. Charles Parish into the LSU CR Program in 2007! We thank her for her patience in dealing with all the details! (2007/Spring)

Thanks, Mrs. Lucas!
